Contact Pool Repair Pros Phoenix

We are a Phoenix pool repair referral service. Tell us what's wrong and we'll connect you with a local pool repair company.

Tell us what your pool is doing

We'll connect you with a local Phoenix pool repair company. It costs you nothing and you are under no obligation.

No cost and no obligation. We are a referral service, not a pool contractor: by sending this you are asking us to pass your details to a local Phoenix pool repair company, who may call, text or email you about your pool. You can tell either of us to stop at any time — what we do with your details is in our privacy policy. Send us a message any time.

What happens after you send it

  1. We read what you wrote and work out which kind of pool company you need — a leak is a different specialist from a dead pump.
  2. We pass your name, number and description to a Phoenix pool repair company that covers your area.
  3. They contact you directly to ask a few questions and quote the work. You deal with them from that point on.
  4. You are under no obligation. If the quote is not for you, say no — nothing is owed to us or to them.

It costs you nothing. We are paid by the pool company, not by you, and the price you are quoted is the same as if you had called them yourself.

Four things worth telling us

The more of this you can answer, the faster the quote comes back and the more accurate it is. None of it is required.

  • When it started. “Since Tuesday” and “for about a year” point at very different problems.
  • What you can see or hear. A grinding pump, a wet patch on the deck, cloudy water, a heater that lights and cuts out.
  • Roughly how much water you are losing, if that is the problem — an inch a day and an inch a week are different jobs.
  • The make on the equipment pad if you can read it. Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Polaris. It tells the company what parts to bring.

Where we cover

Phoenix and the Arizona cities around it. If your city is not on this list, send the form anyway and say where you are — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Not sure it is worth calling anyone out yet?

Send the form anyway. Plenty of what we get asked turns out to be cheap, and a pool company would rather tell you that in two minutes than have you live with it for a month. Two examples we hear constantly in Phoenix:

Water going down and you cannot see why. In summer here, evaporation alone accounts for a real drop, so “losing water” is not automatically a leak. Working out which one you have is the first job, and it is covered on our leak detection page.

A pump that has started making a noise. Sometimes that is a bearing on its way out and sometimes it is air getting into the suction side, which can be a lid o-ring. The difference in cost is large, and it is worth knowing which before you replace anything — see pump and motor repair.

If it is already an emergency — pump dead in July, green water before a weekend — say so in the message and we will move it up the queue. There is more on how that works on the emergency pool repair page.
