What this service is — and what it is not
Pool Repair Pros Phoenix is a referral service. We are not a pool repair company and we do not perform any repair work. We do not employ pool technicians, we do not send anyone to your property, and we do not supply parts or equipment.
What we do is pass your inquiry to an independent local pool repair company so they can contact you and quote the work. That is the extent of it. There is a fuller explanation on our about page.
Your contract is with the pool company, not with us
This is the part worth reading twice. If you go ahead with a repair, the agreement is between you and that pool repair company. We are not a party to it.
That means:
- We do not set the price, do not quote the work, and are not bound by any quote you are given.
- We do not carry out, inspect, supervise or sign off the work, and we hold no warranty or guarantee on it.
- Any warranty, guarantee or after-care you are offered comes from that company and is enforceable against them.
- If something goes wrong with the work, your claim is against the company that did it. Tell us as well — we want to know, and it affects who we refer people to — but we are not the party you would claim against.
Every contractor we refer you to is an independent business. We do not warrant or guarantee the work any of them performs. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself, before work starts, that the company holds the license and insurance the job requires. Arizona publishes a free public license search through the Registrar of Contractors — use it. It takes a minute.
No cost to you
Using this site and submitting an inquiry is free. We do not charge homeowners anything, at any point. We are paid a flat monthly fee by the pool repair company we refer inquiries to, which is disclosed here and on our about page so you know how the arrangement works.
You are under no obligation to accept any quote you receive, and declining one costs you nothing.
Information on this site
The content here — explanations of common pool faults, typical repair approaches, expected equipment lifespans and so on — is general information about pool repair in the Phoenix area. It is not a diagnosis of your pool and it is not advice about your specific situation. Only someone who looks at your equipment can tell you what is actually wrong.
About any prices you see. We publish market ranges only, and every one of them is attributed to whoever published it. They are not our prices, they are not quotes, and they are not offers. Prices for parts and labour move, every pool is different, and the range that fits most jobs will not fit all of them. The text, layout, images and code on this site belong to Pool Repair Pros Phoenix or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by United States copyright law. You are welcome to read it, print a page for your own use, and link to it. You may not republish it or pass it off as your own.
Where we quote figures published by other companies, those figures belong to them and are cited as theirs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Arizona law permits, Pool Repair Pros Phoenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from any referral made through it — including any loss, damage, delay, cost or injury arising from work carried out by a pool repair company we referred you to.

Governing law

Severability
