Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This policy covers poolrepairprosphoenix.com, run by Pool Repair Pros Phoenix. We are a Phoenix, Arizona pool repair referral service — we are not a pool repair company, and we do not do the work ourselves. Our job is to take what you tell us about your pool and pass it to a local pool repair company so they can quote you. There is more about how that works on our about page.

This is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us through the contact form and we will explain it.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into our form, and nothing else about you personally.
  • We give those details to one local pool repair company so they can contact you about your pool. That is the point of the service.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not send it to multiple companies.
  • This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own.
  • You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

What we collect

What you give us. When you submit a form on this site we receive the fields you filled in: your name, your phone number, and — only if you chose to enter them — your email address, your ZIP code, the type of problem you picked, and whatever you wrote in the message box. We also record which page the form was sent from, so we know what you were reading.

Only your name and phone number are required. Everything else is optional, and the form works without it.

What the server records. Like any website, ours sits behind a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time. That happens for security and reliability, we do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with what you typed into the form.

We do not collect your street address, we do not ask for payment details, and there is nothing on this site that takes a payment.

Who we share it with, and why

This is the most important section, so it is not buried at the bottom.

When you send the form, we pass your details to a pool repair company in your area. That company is a separate, independent business. Once your details reach them, they will contact you directly — usually by phone, sometimes by text or email — to ask about the problem and quote the work.

From that point, that company handles your information under its own privacy practices, not ours. We would encourage you to ask them what those are if it matters to you.

We send your inquiry to one company. We do not run an auction, we do not sell the same inquiry to several businesses, and we are not paid per inquiry — the company pays a flat monthly fee regardless of how many we send. That is why you will not get five phone calls in an hour from filling in this form.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Companies that handle data on our behalf

Two service providers process your information for us, and only to do the job we hired them for:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security. It handles the standard server logs described above. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Resend — email delivery. Your form submission is emailed to us through Resend, so the contents of the form pass through their systems. Resend's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to — a court order, a lawful request from a government agency — or where we genuinely need to in order to protect someone's safety or defend a legal claim.

Phone calls, texts and email

By sending us your phone number you are asking to be contacted about your pool. That means a pool repair company may call you, text you, or email you about the inquiry you submitted. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any texts.

You can stop it at any time. Tell the company directly that you do not want further contact, or tell us and we will pass it on and delete your details from our side. Neither we nor they will keep contacting you after you say stop.

We do not run a marketing newsletter and we do not add you to one.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking of any kind. Nothing here follows you around the internet afterwards.

Our hosting provider may set a strictly technical cookie for security and load balancing. That is used to keep the site up and to block abuse; it does not track your browsing across other websites.

If we ever add analytics, this section will change on the same day — and we will move the “last updated” date above so you can tell.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions: up to 24 months, so that we can look back at what we sent where if a question comes up about it.
  • Server logs: the short retention period our hosting provider applies, typically measured in days, not years.
  • If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them and that overrides the periods above.

Note that we cannot delete the copy held by the pool repair company we referred you to. They are a separate business and you would need to ask them directly — we will tell you who they are so you can.

Keeping it secure

The whole site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we are not going to pretend otherwise, but we do not store your details in any public place and we do not put them anywhere they can be indexed or browsed.

Your choices

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information about you we hold;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete what we hold; or
  • stop contacting you.

Send the request through our contact form and say which of those you want. We will action it and confirm when it is done. There is no charge, and we will not make you jump through hoops to do it.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging repairs on their own property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page changes with them and the “last updated” date at the top moves. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information and leave the old wording up.

Contacting us

Use the contact form and start your message with “privacy”. It reaches the same place and it is the fastest route.
